Hi, I’m Lexi — the face behind Quick Close TC.

I’ve been in real estate since 2019 and began specializing in transaction coordinating in 2021. Before having a baby, I worked as a Senior Community Sales Manager for a homebuilder, where I experienced firsthand how overwhelming the real estate process can be for busy agents. Prior to that, I worked as a real estate agent in Florida and Washington before my husband got out of the Army. While I love sales, I realize my real strength — and passion — lies in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps transactions moving forward smoothly.

As a new mom (my daughter. Logan, was born in January 2025), I understand just how valuable time is. That’s exactly why I built Quick Close TC: to give real estate professionals their time back by handling the tasks that often weigh them down. I’m detail-oriented, analytical, and genuinely enjoy managing the compliance, paperwork, and communication that so many agents wish they could hand off.

At Quick Close TC, I handle everything from compliance and paperwork audits to transaction deadline reminders, communication with lenders, title/escrow companies, and cooperating agents. I’ll even request client reviews at the close of the transaction — so nothing slips through the cracks. My motto is simple: send me the contract and contact details, and I’ll do the rest.

Currently serving agents in Florida and Washington (with the flexibility to expand as needed), I’m available seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. My approach is speedy, organized, and designed to make closings quick and stress-free. Whether you work in residential sales, new construction, or investment properties, I’ve seen it all — and I’ve got you covered.
